Welcome to Foodidu ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Foodidu website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

13.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOODIDU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foodidu, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Platform.

15.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• At our discretion for any other reason

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content without liability.

18.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration or mediation in Maadi, Cairo, Egypt
3. The courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foodidu regarding the Platform.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
